We are open for phone calls and walk-ins during the times listed below. No appointments are necessary.
Mondays, 3 pm – 6 pm

Our services are free.
TU assistance is limited to tenants with incomes at or below 80% of the area median – currently, for an individual that is an income below $43,600 a year, for a family of three it is an income below $56,100.
TTY calls at 206-723-0523 answered during all hours of operation.
Consultations in Spanish also available by appointment.
