Hi everyone,

Our statewide hotline will still be open (206-723-0500) for the following days and times:

Monday: 10am-12:30pm, and 1:30pm - 4pm

Tuesday: 10am-12:30pm, and 1:30pm - 4pm

Wednesday: 10am-12:30pm, and 1:30pm - 4pm

Thursday: 10am-12:30pm

Friday: 10am-12:30pm, and 1:30pm - 4pm

Saturday: 11am to 3pm

For King County and Seattle-area residents, please check out the public health website: https://www.kingcounty.gov/depts/health/communicable-diseases/disease-control/novel-coronavirus.aspx

Spokane residents:

If Spokane-area tenants are served with an eviction notice when they shouldn't be, call our office telephone number at 509-464-7620 and leave a voicemail.

We are taking all tenant questions during clinic hours, Tuesdays & Wednesdays between 1:30-3:30 p.m. and Thursdays 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and speak directly to a tenant counselor at 509-319-0009.

Our Spokane office is closed but all telephone calls and emails are sent to our homes and will be returned.

Thank you
