An Open Letter to Carl Haglund

Tenants from the 6511 Rainier property have been working with community members and lawmakers to solve the horrid conditions in their homes. After several articles aired mischaracterizing the tenants, the property, and actions taken by the landlord – the tenants have decided to speak up themselves.
