Manufactured Home Tenants

Designed for manufactured and mobile home owners, this workshop covers key rights, and responsibilities for residents and Housing providers of manufactured housing communities. Participants will learn about tenancy issues, notices, community rules, dispute resolution, and relevant state housing laws, including provisions of Washington's landlord-tenant laws that impact manufactured housing residents.

All workshops are free, virtual educational sessions presented by the Tenants Union of Washington State and include information on tenant rights and landlord responsibilities under Washington's Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18).
