This general tenant education workshop provides an overview of Washington State tenant rights and landlord responsibilities under the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18). Topics include rental agreements, repairs and habitability standards, rent increases, notices, eviction protections, security deposits, landlord entry, and available resources for tenants across Washington State.
