This workshop provides information for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and harassment who are navigating housing issues. Participants will learn about housing protections available under Washington law, including rights related to lease termination, safety planning, privacy, and protections from housing discrimination. The workshop also reviews relevant tenant rights and remedies under the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18).

All workshops are free, virtual educational sessions presented by the Tenants Union of Washington State and include information on tenant rights and landlord responsibilities under Washington's Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18).
