This workshop provides information for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and harassment who are navigating housing issues. Participants will learn about housing protections available under Washington law, including rights related to lease termination, safety planning, privacy, and protections from housing discrimination. The workshop also reviews relevant tenant rights and remedies under the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18).
