Development & Communications Manager
Sarah brings to the TU a background in nonprofit administration, small business entrepreneurship, animal welfare activism, and a career as a stage actor. A seasoned writer, Sarah believes that words matter, and that how we communicate shapes people's choices and actions. In her work for the TU, Sarah strives to amplify tenant voices, connect tenants to empowering resources, and educate funders about the housing justice movement -- specifically, the challenges faced by low-income, BIPOC and other marginalized renters in Washington State.
