Spencer Hill embodies authentic human connection and equity in action. Working in the nonprofit sector for almost two decades in multiple roles, including as a direct-service program team member and as a head of strategic programs and partnerships at a national director level, Spencer has a wealth of knowledge in organizational culture, Diversity Equity & Inclusion-centered strategy, and assessment of programs, systems and processes. He positions organizations to make the most impact towards their communities.
Spencer’s personal mission is to empower organizations, supporting their journey of developing strong leaders, creating healthy work environments, prioritizing DEI initiatives, shifting mindsets from saviorism to empowerment, and functioning more efficiently toward their own unique missions. Through powerful storytelling, critical assessment, and coaching others, he specializes in connecting with people to catalyze meaningful, lasting change.
