• Cancel Rent Campaign: The eviction moratorium and rental assistance are not enough to solve the housing crisis that has been exacerbated by the pandemic. Join our statewide campaign to cancel rent and mortgages as we fight to ensure all our neighbors are able to stay sheltered and emerge from the pandemic without insurmountable debt. King County

• King County Eviction Prevention and Rent Assistance Program: To apply for rental assistance in King County, submit a tenant interest form. Tenants will be chosen by lottery on a weekly basis. The lottery will launch on September 14, 2020. Eligibility: (1) Income is at or below 50% of the Area Median Income over the past 60 days; and (2) At least one month of rent is not paid or partially unpaid since March 1, 2020. Forms available in English, Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese Simplified, Farsi, Hindi, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Oromo, Punjabi, Russian, Samoan, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Tigrinya, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

• Spokane COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program: Apply for assistance with rental payments due to financial hardships related to COVID-19, through a partnership with the City of Spokane and the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
